I can now tell you what my other piece of exciting news is. I've been
asked to give the keynote at the LPW. This is, of course, a huge honour.
I'll be giving a slightly extended version of "The Complete History of
the Perle Mongers of Olde London Towne (Parte One)".

The schedule for the workshop has been announced. It is available online
at http://conferences.yapceurope.org/lpw2008/schedule. As always, the
organisers have scheduled an excellent selection of Perl talks. And
because of the generosity of the sponsors, attendance is completely free.
